Lapis is available in many different qualities but what makes this very fine is it's deep blue, solid color and no dye. Most Malachite comes from Russia, where there is actually a subway station in Moscow whose walls are all paneled with Malachite! These beads are also from there, and were purchaced from a recent immigrant. Enjoy!
