Shipping through the United States Postal Service is offered as the most economical choice for lightweight packages. Express Mail is overnight delivery, Priority is 2 - 3 business days and First Class 2 - 9 business days to most domestic locations. There is also local delivery and free pick up at the store. If you would prefer another shipping method, please indicate which type (Fed Ex or UPS) in the email section provided on the shipping page when you complete your order.
Goulet Designs does not accept returns on any jewelry that has been worn. If the jewelry has never been worn, you have your receipt and would like to return it, you can do so for an exchange pending inspection of your piece. We must be notified via email within 7 days and product returned within 14 days.
